Return Policy
Creta & Bee offers you to buy through its website products that have been selected with the basic criterion of their excellent quality. However, you may want to return a product.
- This can only be done for a product that shows defects / is defective and only within 7 days from the date of receipt. Let us know by text message about the problem you noticed at botonakisg@yahoo.gr indicating the number of your order in the subject of the message.
- In case of receipt of a damaged product or packaging, please take a photo of it and send the photo to us at botonakisg@yahoo.gr to contact the transport company. In addition you must keep the purchase receipt and the receipt of the transport company. We will then contact you to refund or replace the products.
Order cancellation
We accept order cancellation only in case the order has not been sent from our store for delivery. In case the products are still with us, you can cancel your order by informing us by text message at botonakisg@yahoo.gr and we will cancel it immediately by refunding the amount you have already paid.
We do not accept cancellation or return of an order upon receipt by the customer.
Refund in case of order cancellation or return of products
All refunds are made either by crediting the customer's account (in case a deposit was made), or by crediting his card through which the initial collection was made. Creta & bee undertakes to return as soon as possible. Depending on how the money is returned, the process will be completed within 1 to 5 working days.
