Description
Raki or tsikoudia is the traditional Cretan drink that symbolizes Cretan hospitality. It is the welcome drink that is served in every home and the drink that completes every meal.
It is produced by distilling the marcs or tsikoudas as they are called in Crete (hence the name tsikoudia).
It is always accompanied by delicious appetizers such as olives, cheese, tomato, cucumber, nut or with traditional pastries.
Served frozen in small glasses.
