Description
Pollen comes from various species of flowers and herbs which are collected by bees in the spring. During its collection it is mixed with nectar and fermented until it becomes a solid sphere. In this form it is transported and stored in the cells.

It is considered one of the most nutritious foods in nature, as it contains almost all the nutrients that humans need. It is rich in about 40% protein, free amino acids, vitamins, including B-complex and folic acid.
